My left foot hurts.
I found out a year ago that I have a bone cyst in my left foot.
What does this mean?! Just strain, or pathologic fracture?
Because the ‘cure’ is intralesional curettage. Basically in the doctor’s words, “There’s basically a hole in the bone filled with fat. We’ll cut into the foot, dig out the cyst and bone graft it.”

Best few days so far.

Doing laundry, dishes, making phone calls, and editing photos from a gig I did last year and basically getting very very grumpy. My writing is not at its best, and I’m slightly annoyed at that. short update.
Just got back from camp, and dinner. Table for three at Rockpool tonight. I’m seriously knackered from what seems like the longest week with hardly any sleep. My body is not adjusting well to this waking up at 7/8am every day thing. And it’s not going to get any easier either.
Work tomorrow, followed by a night out with some of my favorite people. Not crazy, I promise....

The Kindle was the best/worst invention ever.
Amazon has a brilliant ‘1-click to buy’ function. One click, and the book is on my Kindle within seconds. No cash, no PayPal, no hint of money transferring hands. If I close my eyes and ignore my bank balance, I might even be able to think it’s all free.
